Todd & Ziqin
Two writers, one blog, twelve years of moving around. Currently in Sanya.
Who writes here
This started in 2014 as a way to keep family updated while Todd was working in Kosovo and Ziqin was still in Beijing. It has since covered a green-card wait, a train to Lhasa, the base camp of Mt. Everest, an overpriced weekend in Zurich, and a great deal of food in Greece.
In 2026 we moved the whole family to Hainan for a year. Ziqin writes the ones with the sharp observations; Todd writes the ones about logistics going wrong. You can usually tell which is which by the second paragraph.
